Manakeesh are a flatbread typically eaten for breakfast and brunch across the Middle-East and Levantine regions. The crispy, wood-fired dough is served with either a zaatar & olive oil mixture, or our special 3 cheese blend made of Cypriot halloumi, Italian Fior di Latte and Palestinian Akkawi cheese.
We’ve experimented with every variety of tomato available to us in Ireland to make the best sauce. We use low acidity tomatoes with plump flesh, making for a perfectly balanced sweet and tangy tomato sauce. We have a range of the highest quality toppings, and of course we use the best Italian Fior di Latte for all our pizzas.
There are old posters with Arabic writing on the walls, and you can see famous people from the Middle East like the popular singer, Um Kalthoum. It feels like a mix of the past and present, giving our customers a taste of Middle Eastern culture and history.
